Isaac Zimmer

Isaac graduated from Reese High and went on to college where he graduated from SVSU. He  has been in the insurance industry for 10 years and has worked closely with his father Rick. Isaac lives in Saginaw with his wife and their 2 kids.He has been involved in volunteering his time with; the Reese Highschool varsity basketball team, church council at Christ Lutheran Church, along with  organizing and leading youth bible studies. Isaac took over as owner of Zimmer and Associates in 2022, and continues the Zimmer & Associates legacy as it has now  been passed down to the 3rd generation.  In his spare time he likes to manage his fantasy football teams and hit the occasional golf ball.

Richard L. Zimmer

For many years, Rick Zimmer has owned Zimmer and Associates. He has been assisting clients by designing, implementing, and monitoring solid retirement income strategies for 30 years, including life, health, and disability insurance.

In addition to his continuing education, Rick served as a board member and president of the Saginaw Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.” Rick was also the legislative chairman for the state of Michigan from 1993–1994. He is currently a member of the National Health Insurance Association. 

Rick has resided in Reese since 1961 and has diligently served the community for many years. He has been an active chamber board member for 30 years, and is also active in the Tuscola Council of Chambers, the Reese Education Foundation, and the Tuscola Community Foundation (TCF). He was on the TCF’s board for 10 years and served as president for seven years.

Rick and his wife, Renee, have been married for 41 years. They loved raising their three children and are enjoying their eight grandchildren. Rick and Renee have been members of the Christ Lutheran Church for many years. Rick has served as Council President and continues to serve on many committees for the church.

On his spare time, Rick enjoys camping, hunting, fishing and spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Kay A. Bierlein

Kay has been in the insurance industry for over  20 years.

She specializes in individual and Medicare health insurance.  Her experience and knowledge of business and service helps her communicate with our clients to help service their specific needs.   

She finds it most gratifying to be able to help our clients through some of those tough choices in life. Medicare specifically,as it is very confusing to most people. When someone is turning 65 they are bombarded with information, phone calls, mail, media and emails.  It is gratifying to be able to help them through this process. 

Her approach is to explain options in simple and understandable terms. She treats clients like family, because she always wants the best for them.

She has spent several years serving on various boards through church, school and the Reese Chamber of Commerce. 

In her spare time she likes to bowl, golf, play cornhole and spend time with her husband, 3 kids and 2 grandkids.

Originally from St. Clair, Kile went on to attend Central Michigan University where he studied Broadcasting and Communications. After several years in the healthcare industry as a Patient Advocate, he developed a passion for improving his patients well-being. He now brings that same passion with him to Zimmer & Associates. As a Health and Life specialist, Kile makes it his priority to understand his clients goals and tailor a policy to specifically fit their needs. He spends his spare time with his family and friends. He enjoys walking his dogs and loves football season.
